Who We Are
FaCTOR believes that true leadership cannot be provided “as a service” and that the best way to ensure that a company gets to its destination is to be part of the journey.
A FaCTOR CTO is your CTO all the time. No contracts, no hidden costs, no up-front fees. FaCTOR accepts no referral fees (although FaCTOR does pay them).
The only motivation that a FaCTOR CTO has to recommend a product, vendor or service is that it is the best option for your company.
How We Work
FaCTOR is a partnership-based company seeking long-term relationships. A FaCTOR CTO is your CTO all the time. A FaCTOR engagement is typically one day a week at a reasonable price charged monthly. FaCTOR does not have any on-boarding fees or contract minimums. FaCTOR is available throughout the week to help with client needs at no additional cost.
Who We Serve
FaCTOR works with small manufacturers, commercial real estate firms, professional services firms, and website/software developers. FaCTOR specializes in companies with fewer than 100 employees (20M). FaCTOR is based in Connecticut and serves the New York City area. Available for remote engagements.
